If you by default mean as default storage to install apps or games that can't be done.

Sorry but can't help you with that as I don't own an OPX. I read somewhere that in a future update there will be an option to choose default storage location for camera but I don't know if that has come out or not. All the other downloads depends on the app you are using and its settings.

With a 3rd party camera app this should be possible, and as for mp3, you download these to your device via the pc or directly?

For picture, you have to use an other photo app
    FV5 or camera zoom...

This is pretty annoying even if you manually move the photos to the SD card then they disappear from the google photos app. If you want to show someone a photo you have to browse to find it as if you are using windows on a laptop.

I'm using it with 2.1.3 update, what changed with it is to be able to see the sd card storage in settings-memory, the system is not still able to set main storage to sd card in camera app (default will be internal storage) and also to set the sd card storage as primary storage.
You can move app (part of the app not the whole app) to sd card when you are in settings-app by selecting every app one by one and see if it is elegible to move something to sd card.

FV5 saves to my SD card. Gallery KK searches both sd0 and sd1 for all images and videos.

Some apps doesn't even work properly when you transfer it to SD card. I hope in the future updates they'll fix this.
When I transfer apps to SD card, the internal memory stays the same. Nothing changes its suppose to increase available space right.
