    I own the OnePlus 8, and after the latest update my text messages are not working. They either not show or I will receive them hours later. I cleared cache, uninstall the app and nothing is working.

    Recently I got an update to Oxygen OS 11.0.2.2.IN21DA. And I updated, but it has effected my phone's charging speed. Even after half an hour of charging, the phone is able to get only 20% charge, earlier it would be around 60%. I'm using one plus 8. Please suggest me some resolution for this.

    Bonjour, depuis quelques semaines j'ai des problèmes de connexion avec la 4G de mon One plus 8 pro. Je n'avais pas de problème jusqu'à présent à ce niveau mais maintenant le réseau passe souvent en 3g ou H+ et je ne peux pas profiter d'Internet correctement.

    Je peux régler temporairement le problème en me mettant en mode avion quelques secondes mais ça ne dure pas très longtemps.
    J'ai déjà essayé de redémarrer mon téléphone mais aucun changement.
    L'opérateur ne trouve également aucun problème alors j'espère pouvoir trouver une solution ici

    Hi, i bought the Oneplus buds on November, 30; the estimated date of deliver was Dicember 17 but still i haven t received anything, nor the buds or any information. Consider keeping the costumer informed because my pack is still in the international exchange centre since Dicember 7 and nobody knows why it's stll there. I know it's a difficult time for everybody but i would be relaxed if someone told me that my buds may arrived a bit late. I only ask to be more active and not keeping the costumer in dark without informations

    Hi ..I am oneplus Nord N10 user...The phone sometimes just totally fall to sleep and when I touch the fingerprint sensor trying to unlock the phone...The phone doesn't respond at all.. pls look into this issue..And looking forward the next update could fix the problem. thanks

    Hello! I have been using OnePlus 8t since past 20 days. I am experiencing irregularities with 'In display fingerprint sensor' plus my device hangs sometimes with even minimal useage. There are several other issues related to icon display.

    As we have realised so far, OnePlus didn't add proper changes into EFS configs to allow us use 5G on every network in the world. I have read here in forum (https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/enable-5g-for-android-11-on-oneplus-8-series-and-oneplus-7-5g.1345340/) that in order to activate 5G we need to do a process on the mobile which is not simple for the average user. Is in Oneplus intentions so to fix this the soonest with a new update of the mobile software ? I think you should proceed immediately to this move and it is questionable why you have not done it for so long ... Suppose our devices (OP8, OP8 Pro) are 5G capable and ready .......
    I am living in Greece and 2 carriers have already been providing 5G connections through their network (Cosmote and Wind) so far !!!!
    Waiting for a reply from Oneplus

    Suite à la dernière maj de mon 8T, la lecture de toutes les vidéos que ce soit en streaming en wifi ou en 4G ou même la lecture de vidéo qui sont localisés sur mon téléphone toutes les lectures sont saccadées, avec des freezes de plusieurs secondes.
    C'est horrible

    J'ai fais la dernière mise à jour sur mon oneplus 8T et depuis toutes les vidéos sur toutes les plateformes (Netflix, youtube, ect) ainsi que les musiques se coupes toutes les 5 secondes. Je ne peux avoir aucun son qui fonctionne normalement. Auriez- vous une solution pour arranger se beug ? Je vous remercie par avance de votre réponse. said:

    Hola, hace unos días recibí mis OnePlus Buds Z y el sonido en mi OnePlus 6t es muy bajo a comparación de otros dispositivos en los comprobé a ver si era solo mi dispositivo.
