    Hi,

I was listening to music and all of a sudden my one plus 7T just turned off on its own. When I tried to reboot using the volume + button and the power button, it showed the qualcomm crash Dump mode message for few seconds and then again it went completely blank. Have tried all the method mentioned on the Internet but nothing is working. After a bit on googling I got to know that this issue is a common thing in one plus mobile handsets.

Right now my only concern is the data on my phone, since I had not backed up my data.

IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE WAY THAT I CAN RETRIEVE MY DATA?

If someone knows please help. The data had some very valuable information :(((

Try conecting a usb cable to pc while it is in crashdump mode ull get a folder of your phone copy the data from their if that doesn't work then boot into fastboot mode and do the same i am still living with the same issue in my OnePlus 6

If you are lucky you should be able to retrieve it. Effectively your phone is hard bricked. You should be able to get into fastboot mode, have access to your data through your PC. Then i would recommend doing a clean install of your system

This video may help, there are effectively two or three different methods.
