    Hello,
I have a OnePlus 3 with me and I 'm currently in OxygenOS beta program. I want to switch back to the normal OxugenOS stable build but don't know the step-by-step procedure. I tried to take information from the OnePlus website but there was no luck.

Just help me how can I roll back to the beta build. Some things I know that it required a complete wipe of mobile data, which I'm absolutely okay with.

    Thanks.

You have to take a back up of the data.
Download latest stable full ROM to your PC from http://downloads.oneplus.net/, wipe data and cache in recovery mode and use ADB sideload option in recovery mode to flash it as described in the stable rom page.
It's easy if you know ADB sideload flashing.

You have gone from Official to Beta and reverting back goes the same.
There is also already a lot written about how too roll back.

    Go easy way.
Download full zip of stable and place in the internal
Make a factory reset without data, next, go to recovery and apply as update freshly downloaded zip. Make a factory again, you're done.

Will the certificates and Qualcomm drivers be in the update or do I need to install it manually as suggested by the OnePlus representative?

If downloaded official zip, than yes, all needed software is included. I did the same as mentioned for op2 and op3t.

I didn't understand your question completely. You should have adb tools and android usb drivers installed on your computer. Everything else needed is part of the full ROM.
