I made this guide just for folks using Linux distros. Like Ubuntu. Linux Mint.
    Windows users follow this thread

    Downloads:

    TWRP

    SuperSu

Step 1: Install Android dev tools
You’ll need to install Android development tools adb and fastboot. If you are using Ubuntu, Linux Mint or similar distributions, use the following commands in terminal

    Code:
    sudo apt-get install android-tools-adb
    sudo apt-get install android-tools-fastboot
Step 2: Connect oneplus two to computer
Quite obvious, connect one plus two with your computer using the USB cable came with your phone.

Step 3: Reboot your device in bootloader.

§ Go to Settings > About phone, and then tap ‘Build number’ 7 times or until you get the message ‘You’re now a developer!’.

§ Go back to Settings, choose ‘Developer options’. Find the ‘USB debugging’ option and use this toggle button to enable it. Accept warning by tapping on OK button.

Also in the ‘Developer options’. Find the ‘OEM Unlocking’ option and use its toggle button to enable it. It asks for your PIN/Screen unlock code, type it. Then accept the warning by tapping on OK button.

Go in developer setting and unable advance reboot option. Hold power button>reboot>bootloader.

    Step 4: Unlock the bootloader

And here comes the last step and that is to unlock the bootloader with the help of fastboot. Use the following command in terminal:

    Code:

    sudo fastboot oem unlock
After this phone will restart. Copy supersu.zip which you'll need in your phones internal storage.
Again put phone is bootloader mode.

    Code:
    sudo fastboot-linux flash recovery OnePlusTwoTWRP.img

A popup will come on your phone just hit power button once..

Step 5. Hold down both Volume Down and Power buttons for about 20 seconds until your phone reboots. When you see the OnePlus logo, let go of the Volume Down button but keep holding down the Power button until you enter TWRP recovery.

Step 6: Install supersu.zip and reboot the phone.
Note: Do disable the stock recovery when asked.

    Code:
    cd downloads
    cd fastboot
    chmod 755 *
    sudo ./fastboot-linux oem unlock

^^ This must be replaced by:

    sudo fastboot oem unlock

    ^^ This.

    ==================================
    Code:
    sudo ./fastboot-linux flash recovery OnePlusTwoTWRP.img
Also, This ^^ must be replaced by:

sudo fastboot flash recovery <recovery name here>.img

    ^^ This.
