    Hi guys,

this might be a dumb question but I can't find a way to switch between my already opened apps on the phone. Can anyone tell me how can I do that?

    Thanks in advance!

Press the bottom right soft key. It will open a list of recent apps. Then select one.

Holding the home button takes you to google search. As already said hold the menu button on the left

    Its customizable settings>buttons>menu button.

You can assign a list of custom actions on all buttons

Maybe a dumb follow up. I have recently switched to onscreen buttons. Is there still the options to go to the list of recent apps? Longpress won't work even as short tap. Ty for the help

Where in the settings? I can change the quick actions when I hold the onscreen home but I can't find recent apps. Please a little more explaining.

CM 12.1.1 doesn't seem to expose the extensive button customization as Oxygen OS. Does anyone know how this can be done on my OPO running CM12.1.1?

I found my solution - you just need to enable those options by:

Settings / About phone / Advanced Mode
