All of the notifications i tried to turn off, but nothing changed.

well, this could be new if you are leaving a call during the call

Use these guidelines

Long press the Google dialer app
Click app info > Advanced
Scroll down to display over other apps
Turn it off.

This will help you.

Go to settings - apps & notifications - notifications - advanced - bubbles - turn off
This will turn off bubbles for all apps...

Maybe go to developer options and search for bubbles?
