How to use Amazon Echo family (Alexa) to control OnePlus TV?

    Preparing
    1. Amazon account located in India. if not, please register a new one or contact Amazon custom service to change the location. You can check if your account meet this by click here, if you can find Enable button after login, then your account is located in India.
    2. OnePlus Account, make sure you have one and login on OnePlus TV.
    Quick Start
    1. Down and open Amazon Alexa App on your Smartphone;
    2. Tap on Menu and navigate to Skills & Games;
    3. Click Search button and type OnePlus TV to find the skill;
    4. Enable it and input your OnePlus account to linking your OnePlus TV;
    5. Close the successfully page, then take you to a discovery page, it will take 45 seconds;
    6. After discovery, go to Devices(bottom right corner) —> All Devices, you will find a new Device OnePlus TV.
    You Can Try
    1. POWER ON/OFF OnePlus TV
      "Alexa, Turn on OnePlus TV."
      "Alexa, Turn off OnePlus TV."
    2. CONTROL VOLUME
      "Alexa, set volume to 15 on OnePlus TV."
      "Alexa, raise/lower/adjust the volume by 20 on OnePlus TV."
    3. MUTE/UNMUTE
      "Alexa, mute OnePlus TV."
      "Alexa, unmute OnePlus TV."
    4. CHANGE CHANNEL (Work ONLY on ATV/DTV source)
      "Alexa, change channel to 200 on OnePlus TV."
      "Alexa, next channel on OnePlus TV."
      "Alexa, change channel to PBS on OnePlus TV."
    5. CHANGE INPUT
      "Alexa, change input to HDMI 1 on OnePlus TV."
      "Alexa, change input to DVD on OnePlus TV."
    6. CONTROL BACKLIGHT
      "Alexa, dim OnePlus TV."
    Short command without "OnePlus TV" target
    Go to OnePlus TV Skill->Settings->Manage In TV & Devices->Select and pair your devices.
    Then you can give Alexa command to control OnePlus TV like this: "Alexa, open Youtube"

    Example:Alexa, open YouTube.

    thanks for your feedback other than switch on/off none of the function is worked on alexa exo dot. that was the reeson behind for my question

    That's Strange. All the functions are working for me. I tried with the Alexa App. Try re linking the Echo Dot with the TV?

    Try changing you password for the account on web browser and try that again.

    Go here.. Login with your Amazon Account that you used for alexa and Add the Skill... See if it works

    Yes. Once you enable the Skill on Alexa App, you can control TV with EchoDot.
