I am unable to find OnePlus TV in discover devices page. How many times I have tried but no use. Alexa app is saying just sorry couldn't find devices.

Hey. I hope you have already enabled the Skill and logged in with the same Oneplus account as that you used for TV? If yes and it's still not able to find the device, do a quick restart of the TV and try again. See if it helps.

Everything is working except step 12. It is just not discovering the device. I have Polk Audio Command Bar with Echo Dot inbuilt.

one step is missing in these steps and that one is basic that is first of all you need connect your tv with both the accounts with Google for play store and stuff and with OnePlus for Alexa and all the other stuff.
but i have connected with only Google account so i am unable to find the TV on Alexa
can anyone please add that step too.
it's basic but people like me won't think that is the root cause.
it is working for me if anyone is not able to connect may this comment will help

it's resolved now. my bad. i was putting a 'dot' in my email id.

You also need to login with OnePlus Account on TV from here
Settings< Account < Oneplus

This is not working on Oneplus TV 43Y1. Till step 11 everything is fine but the 12 step where alexa app discovers oneplus tv is not happening. I have tried searching many times but it says no device found.
