E1605279871188 , Nov 28, 2020 : Turn off the phone, then enter the Recovery mode by pressing volume (-) and power button simultaneously for a few seconds, then you will see the option.
Tokolozi , Nov 28, 2020 : Since it uses A/B partitions clearing cache isn't such a good way to "solve" issues anymore.
Liehjan , Nov 28, 2020 : Only clear cache form the apps that don't work correctly... Never the whole phone, and never clear cache if there is no issues
proharsh1 , via OnePlus 8 , Nov 29, 2020 : The whole phone seems to be lagging. So cache clearing would be better option? After the new update it's somewhat manageable but then lag is present.
