After the last update I started to notice that pictures now has that terrible distortion. It's not only distortion - the background is always tipped over. Some objects are straight some tipped.
It's so annoying and not right.

Does someone has the same issue guys?

For me the rear camera could not even focus. Very disappointed with 4.1.3 update.
Following up with OnePlus support team , let's see whether flashing the device works ? hard reset did not even worked.
fortunately the front one is working well!

    Hi friends,

When I received the system update notification, I eagerly started downloading the same. The download was smoothly progressing and had reached 71.3 % in less than 3 minutes and then the download has not progressed an inch.

it is stuck at 71.3% and I have tried everything possible to resume or continue the download. it does not progresses.

can you please help me why this occured and how can this be solved ?

I have tried using wifi 2mbps speed and 4G network at 12mbps speed . its just stuck there.

its been a week now. please help

I have a one plus 3 and after 4.1.3 os update I started noticing that camera is unable to autofocus. Raised an email ticket and tried everything including factory reset as suggested by support. Finally took to a service station and they replaced the camera unit. The time spent for inspection (took them less than 15 seconds of inspection to decide after I told them i have an autofocus issue) the service centre personnel took to decide to replace the camera module makes me think it's a very common problem. Also came across a lot of such reports on the forum which is why I took the phone to service center. I just hope the new camera module lasts unlike the first (lasted 10 months of normal usgae) as my mobile is out of warranty in 2 months.

No cost as it was under warranty (I also had the servify damage protection plan which came free with the purchase, but don't think that was a factor here as it was not due to any physical damage or drops)

Camera is fine now, iam not a heavy user of the camera though.
