I am having problems with my Bluetooth it pairs with the my oneplus buds Z but it drops connection via OnePlus 9 Pro

    I am having problems with my Bluetooth it pairs with the my oneplus buds Z but it drops connection, I tried it with other Bluetooth devices and I am having the same issue, I updated to the latest software for 1+ 9pro but it didn't fix the problem, I tried remove and pair again and tried multiple settings i was not successful.

    Have you tried connecting other Bluetooth devices/headphones with your phone? And are you facing the same drop issues with them as well? If not, try resetting your OnePlus Buds Z by long pressing the button for 15 seconds (you'll see a constant red light ). You'll need to pair it again with your phone and other devices it was paired with before. Do remove it from the paired list.

    I have tried all this nothing seem to help, the only way is to make one thing checked from the bluetooth settings it means either calls or audio enabled, but if I leave both enabled the only thing will work is calls

    It's a defect with the phone. I had the same issue and had to replace the phone. One issue resolved, 20 others still present. Never settle.

    I tried to disconnect the device and pair it again, i tried a different Bluetooth headset I got the same result, every time I have to do this to connect the buds, those are OnePlus buds Z, they will connect then I lose media sound, the only thing stays connected is calls, I tried to stop b'utooth search from location option, I tried to cleat cash I tried clear all b'utooth devices the restart the phone and pair the Bluetooth again it didn't work, I updated the software to the latest.

    Did you clear cache and storage of Bluetooth (in apps) or reset the Bluetooth settings via settings?

    Hi! I have the same problem to my OnePlus 7 Pro. Since I got the new update there are the same issues with my Bluetooth connection. It drops after a while and don't connect after resetting und reconnect. I need to try von delete it from my connection list and reconnect it. Sometimes it works sometimes not. I have to put back the headphone into the case. Also this sometimes works or not. I resetted Bluetooth like the instructions on the other thread. Doesn't work to me.

    I tried it also to connect to my car. Even there is the same problem.

    Eg. During watching a film a the sind drops completely and outputs the sound through the phones speaker, although it's still connected. Pushing the phone's speaker buttons to change the source to the headphone doesn't work. It's listed but I cannot click on it.

    How long does this take to solve.

    I solved it. Delete the Alibaba and Alixpress app. I read it in an another thread. And it works!
    Don't know why these apps...
