I am leaving from oneplud community via OnePlus 7 Pro

    Hate your product.. I have oneplus 7 pro... Both camera's are not working..... Spend upto 50000 rs. What will be the reason.. Now i need to spend more than 6000. Is it your offer to me... Very bad

    According to me 50000 rupees is not small value.. I don't know my both cameras are not working... I am big fan of one plus. And my ability i tried to bye it..... Before two years i brought 7 pro.. Now the cameras are not working. I visited survice center.need to pay 7000 rs to correct it... What to do.? This is your service to the one plus buyer.....😡

    Please bear in mind that you've been talking with other users like yourself, not OnePlus.

    If you're facing any issue, I'd recommend you contact support through the official channels. This is, as you mentioned, a Community, so you're announcing your departure to other users.

    In any case, from what you are mentioning, your cameras seemed to stop working outside the warranty period, so the normal outcome would be for a repair to be charged, not free. @camohan already asked for more details, so that he could escalate the issue, if needed, but you provided none.

    One final remark, regardless of your satisfaction with this situation, OnePlus Community is a group of interesting people that goes well beyond just a brand. It can be a fun place if you give it a chance.

    Well , can you reply to me as well. I have been calling in OnePlus official customer support but they aren't helping. I have sent some messages to you as well which you didn't reply to me. Will OnePlus be returning my charger?
