McJader , Jan 18, 2022 : Right, just tested this, works fine for me. So not a widespread bug atleast. On what software version is the device on? Settings>About Phone>Version>What's the build number?

McJader , Jan 18, 2022 : Ok that's the latest version. Are you sure the power button is ending the call, not a mistouch or something? If yes, then I'm afraid there's not much you can do except wait for them to fix it. If I notice more threads about the same issue, I'll keep an eye on them.

I don't know I just encountered this error I just opened the box pack of 9RT and got this issue 😔. I don't know how can I report the same to OnePlus so that they can fix the same ASAP.

GKrishna468 , via OnePlus Community App , Jan 19, 2022 : Hi, I have a problem with 9RT when every we are on call the screen goes dim and unable to see anything even when we pull out of the ears. Still, the screen light is dim until and unless the call gets disconnected. Do we have any option in 9RT not to dim the screen on calls? Worried that 9RT is missing out on sensors from the day I have received my phone. I have upgraded from 7T & feel like 7T has more features than 9RT.
McJader , Jan 19, 2022 : Hi, just tested this. By dim, do you mean it goes completely dark or just the brightness decreases?
McJader , Jan 19, 2022 : Sounds like a proximity sensor issue. Can you check if your proximity sensor works fine via the OnePlus Care app?
GKrishna468 , via OnePlus Community App , Jan 19, 2022 : Looks Proximity sensor working fine, when ever I connect to headset I see the screen on the calls. But without headset screen goes black and unresponsive until the call disconnects. The wired thing is whenever I get a voice recorder and when I play the record still the screen goes blank non-responsive until the recording ends.
