    If it doesn't help try a Reset,but Make sure to ""DO A BACKUP BEFORE YOU RESET"" said:

    Have you logged the issue with oneplus and spoken to their support team. What was their response? Did they give you a case number?

    There are quite a few people with this issue, you are the third I've spoken to. However, I have an 8T, and I do not have this problem at all. So it's not affecting all phones, which means

    1. It has something to do with the way you set your phone up, widgets apps etc

    Have you gone through the basics suggested on the internet when this error occurs. For example, tested for these issues

    2. It could be a hardware issue, or perhaps a faulty component. Perhaps there was a batch of these components.

    I suggest you log the issue through the feedback section, and clearly explain the issue. , Stating the IMEI and batch number, if you have not done so already. Check with Starcommander if you got the phone from the same region etc.

    The more good and clear information you give the company, the easier it is for them to rectify the issue. If you want your issue fixed, you need to do a bit of work. Perhaps visit a service centre as well.
