I bought one plus 8t recently. I have problem with its software.. System UI ISN'T RESPONDING.. SO I

    AHH, you didn't say that earlier. This is why it's important to set out all the information clearly. Exactly what things have you trouble shot. Best to list them out clearly, then perhaps another user will be able to suggest something you haven't tried.

    You do understand that you are on a user forum, and not talking to anyone from OnePlus, but users like yourself.

    I haven't upgraded to the newer software version, specifically because I heard there were some issues with it.

    I'm not the best person to help you reinstall an older version, but if you look on the forum, by using the search function, there are plenty of threads that show you how to do it. On Google as well.

    Please read what I wrote. I am a user just like you. I would only be using the search functions and relaying the information to you, when you can do it just as easily yourself.

    Also, you say you've tried everything, but you have not specified what you've tried, and so far from your posts I'm not convinced you have. Nor have you clarified if you have given feedback to oneplus

    Please do what I suggested, and write down clearly everything that has been requested.

    Possibly no one will if you don't state things clearly.

    Please respond to the questions asked in detail. Otherwise no assessment can be made of what the actual cause of your problem is.

    As I said many users don't have the problems you have, even with an upgrade.

    Please respond in detail to the questions that are asked, rather than not answering and asking generic questions.

    And now open every few minutes an extra one for something you posted multible times already.


    Do you realy expect someone to help you or giving you any input if you seem to not even read the input other users give you?
