I cant link my device to my redcable club account via OnePlus 7T

    I buy used OnePlus 7 t , Then I created one red cable club account , but I can't link this device to my account, I tried to contact the first owner but I can't.
    Please suggest a solution..

    Hi there, if you don't know who is the first owner. I'm afraid it's a dead end. The device can be set free only when the first owner logs in to his / her account on the 7T and de links the device from his account.

    Hi there, even if you try to contact him, you will require the original user to login to his account on the phone which you bought.

    The original user will have to either login physically or share the login credentials on phone to you.
