I have been facing continuous problem of "can't play this video on my OnePlus 7t pro Maclaren" Feb 25, 2021 via OnePlus 7T Pro

    A couple of things.

    1. This is not support, but a community of users such as yourself.

    2. Can you explain your issue better? What video format is giving you the error message?

    The better the information given, the better the chance someone might be able to help.

    Ok so first of all I'd like to say that this kind of error comes with every format even with video shot by OnePlus camera..

    When I try to play the video it shows the error message " can't play this video"

    If I restart the mobile and try to play that video again .it plays ...

    But sometime shows such can't play vid msg with same video

    So, I have had my 7t Pro McLaren 5G for a year now. I've had no issues with it in that time.

    I searched for other threads with the same issue (spoiler alert! There's a lot of them), and none of the half dozen or so that I read have any solution.

    You may have to report this via feedback as a bug.

    I have same problems and also 7T Pro Mc Laren. I am not sure but I think it has something to do w/ hevc codec. It doesn't
    playback that codec in My gallery. When i upload it to My Dropbox it plays fine. I have Android 11 open beta 2. Without hevc on i haven't notice this issue.
