    Me either. I'm not able to send text messages but I can receive them. I called T-Mobile about the issue & all they are going to do is a warranty exchange ‍♂️

    On a more serious note, the OP didn't seem to be able to send or receive msgs. Surely he/she must have some kind of connection to set up the phone from scratch? Maybe a full factory reset just to clear the phone and start from new?

    Until the OP replies to ngydat's post #2 we do not know which phone, country or carrier they are on. It could be, as per ShowtimeGraham's post #7, an issue that has been cropping up on the T-Mobile (USA) carrier minority variant after their recent 9.0.4 update for RCS.
