    Hello There,
    i am huge big fan of one plus device. i also used verious types of OnePlus device till now and i also suggest my siblings to use oneolus device for that i used my tag line "Just use it once u never ever regret it" . so now recently i order one plus 9r because its specially for indian that why i am excited about it and i also want to jump from nord to 9r. previously i also used 6t and 7pro device. When i order my 9r from offical site on jul 3, 2021 Order Number :- M112107033794573156 and estimated delivery on jul 9, 2021 but i did"t get my delivery and i also frustrated from custom they say that from some technical issue order is delay bt till now they did't slove my query and because of these i am facing severe types of problem. because of that all problem and issue i loose my trust and patience. hat why i never ever used oneplus device again and i also not suggest my family.

    Do you delivery tracking to locate where the phone is in the delivery chain.?

    You mention Customs, if the Govt run customs department are delaying delivery there isn't much Oneplus can do about that as its something that would be out of their control.

    He probably meant customer care/service/support.
    I don't think customs will cause delay in this case.
    As a gift yes but not much for devices bought

    I read it as I saw it, thought it was an issue getting it into the country or something related to that. Have reread it and maybe you are right about customer service. Just wonder does he have a tracking number from delivery company to see where the phone is at in the process. Or has it even shipped yet.

    It's alright. It's difficult to concentrate with the bold lettering :D

    Since he's only having an Order Number I don't think they have assigned a tracking number. Not sure if the orders ship from China or India though

    @shubham_chuadhari_gs CS Escalation replied to my escalation. They state that according to their system your order was delivered on 9th July and that this was relayed back to you already. They confirm that CS will contact you further regarding this if you are denying receipt of your order and investigate further.
