ricer333, Aug 15, 2019 at 2:51 PM : I had my issues with OnePlus back when they started and I bought the 1+1. Now, here I am looking to upgrade and their customer service is STILL JUST AWFUL! I ordered the OnePlus 6T on the website with the free gifts (sandstone case & c-bullet ear buds). The gifts did not come when the phone was delivered. Now I'm being told that I have to ship the phone back and reorder it, making sure that the gifts are included in the order - which I did the 1st time. Talking with another CSR, I am told a completely different story, that I need to opt into the AFFIRM (installment pay plan) for the gifts to be considered 'gifts'. This is absolutely ridiculous! Come on OnePlus it's not like this is a big deal. You can look up the order number, see that it qualified for the gifts and send them out. What the heck?
