Try to download 33r and do the ota update back to 38r. In this thread is a 33r file.

I actually had my phone freeze on homepage and then go blank bright black screen. I had to reboot it. Happened today, updated last night. Hopefully doesn't happen again.

I've had the update since, I believe, last Friday, and it's constantly freezing and rebooting now. Really obnoxious.

You may try the suggestion from the other members, me and my wife updated >24 hours, > 12 hours not yet encounter this. Please share to us if found solutions. Thanks a lot.

My device was completely stock...no root or any tinkering. Updated to 38R yesterday morning and last night it froze. Now it just continually keeps rebooting constantly where I cant even use it. Not happy...Its been 24hrs as well since I have contacted OP and no response.

I won't do business with them again. I can't handle slow customer service. I don't even care about the money...I will spend more on a different device going forward for good/fast issue resolution.

Anyone else having trouble with constantly losing your data connection? Still shows I have a good signal with LTE, but nothing can get a data connection. If I turn off data and turn it back on, it will work for a while but does again shortly. Haven't tried WiFi yet.

I find that in 38R, it takes a bit longer to establish connection to voice/data signal. However as soon as the connection is made, I haven't experienced any problem with dropping connection.

It may be isolated to some apps too, has happened in Chrome, Facebook, Google+, Google Play, my corporate email app, and MPQ now though for sure, so it seems system wide. Rebooted multiple times and cleared cache to no avail.

Sorry to derail the thread too, trying to get enough posts to start my own :).

I haven't had any problems with previous updates, and surely there's a fix for my issue, but it is disconcerting.

Now I will post my own thread :).
