    hi network

    please see attached image.

can someone please tell me, if I want o reduce the amount of space each element uses, where is this done?

the calendar element is taking up one additional space and I can't reduce it.

I would like to have the time calendar element + 3 icons to it's right.

how can I have this done?

    thnx

You can use KWGT widget editor to resize widgets, but only those widgets provided by KWGT. So you'll have to download a widget pack from playstore for it.

I don't think you can resize the default widgets.

With the OnePlus Launcher the grid size is indeed a bit weird - this could be solved in much more user friendly way.

With thrid-party launchers (like Nova Launcher, Lawnchair,...) you have more possibilities to adjust the grid size.

I actually figured it out without any third party apps :)

inside developer mode, there is a function called smallest width under the drawing section. playing around with that actually solved my problem!

Way to go. I lost hours searching for how to do it.
My default Smallest width was 360, I increased to 480 and this allowed me to reduce the space.
Than I tested with smaller values and went back to 360, which didn't increase the space. Weird but it worked.
    Thank you!

Hi! I have a question. Is the launcher in your screenshot the official OnePlus launcher?

If yes, how did you manage to have that squircle folder? In my OnePlus I can only have them as a circle.
    Thanks!

Hi, first of all THANK YOU for answerig me back.
Actually I was aware of that feature under "Settings". The fact is that changing icon shape is not affecting launcher folders, but only icons in quick nav and menu. Is there a specific icon pack that I should apply? Or some specific launcher version to run?

I have OnePlus 8T with Android 11 Oxygen OS 11.0.8.12 with Launcher version 5.1.2
Thanks for your help on this.
