If you could trade one feature of the OnePlus 2 for NFC and quick charging, what would it be?

This may be controversial but 1GB of RAM.

3GB is apparently fine for the 16GB version, surely it works for the other...? Or is the small version a compromised user experience?

Yes, that too, or exchange 1gb RAM for proper implementation of type c plus NFC and QC.

The OP2 supports quickcharging 1.0. It can charge 1h25 min of SOT in 30 min. That's enough for emergency. For comparison, the LG G4 can charge the same in 20 min (QC 2.0).

The SD808 has been shown to produce higher temperatures and have lower performance than the S810 (LG G4 vs HTC One M9 review on Notebookcheck.net). Like the Helio X10, it has a subflagship GPU. Trading with an Exynos, now that would be an upgrade both in terms of performance and battery efficiency!

If you really want better batter life, go with the S650, as offered in the Moto X Play. It also has 3600mAh instead of 3,300mAh and has turbo charging.

Yes, it does support QuickCharge 1.0 after all, just like the OnePlus 1.

I'm thinking take out the 2nd sim and put in NFC. Honestly, I didn't use it that much so I'm not that bothered but it's still nice to have.

Since NFC means absolutely nothing for me and I think that the Two charges fast enough, I wouldn't give up a feature.

I wouldn't change a thing. I hardly used NFC & my Nexus 5 & it doesn't even have quick charge so I don't even know if it's that important on a phone.

But that's the whole point of having NFC! The fingerprint sensor is best used with NFC to make contactless payments!

I see that most people would swap USB-C out for NFC and other features, interesting.
