Does this happen only with Pubg?

Does this happen when not using headphones when playing the game?

How does having a headphones issue stop you from playing this poorly optimized game?

If it's only happening when you plug headphones in, then the headphones jack might need to be replaced.

You should either contact OnePlus to have it repaired or replace it yourself.

Does it happen if your not touching the phone?

Hi, I had faced this issue three months ago you don't need to be panic it's is just a sweat and dirt inside jack that doesn't allow headphones to be inserted.

Just take long niddle just put inside gentle just turn round and round for 30 to 45 second you will notice all the dust will slowly come out just do two to three times, your problem will be solve.

When I had gone to customer care they told you need to give your handset etc hence, I had watch videos on youtube I hope this will help. Cheers!
