I'm very disappointed with OnePlus 6

    I'm facing senor issue no one can help me , as the OnePlus customer I'm very disappointed.

    Yesterday I followed all the possible methods to solve proximity sensor issues but no answer from Amazon india and OnePlus team

    my problem

    edit:When I keep the phone close to ear while speaking to someone the display is light is not to go off.

    I Want replacement now

    I got replacement soon via Amazon India
    thanks for support and help for resolve this problem two or three I got new device.

    Might be a bug or a faulty device.
    Before doing anything, did you try to wipe cache from Recovery?

    download "sensor test" from the playstore.. to rule out sensor issues. if it fails test when you put hand over then its possible defect

    Well ... Dunno then....

    Make sure your ears aren't sweaty or something while talking on the phone, plus make sure you clean the proximity sensor....

    And yes, provide a feedback in the feedback section
