Am noticing random images being stored inside Oneplus folder named image cache. Anyone knows how this keeps coming over and over again as I delete. It all seems to be random and I delete it everytime and they seem to come back without my knowledge. How to avoid this and why are these reappearing? If needed I will provide a screenshot for the same. Total files was close to 522.

I don't think.. There's a way.. However you can uninstall the app and use the website forums.oneplus.net for viewing the threads on the forums.. It's a lot better than the app..If you don't want to uninstall..Then better keep clearing the images everyday!

@batman.. bro I have another issue which is not related to this thread. My Truecaller does not show the caller details nor even starts up nowadays after the Oreo update. Is there a way to make it run all the time in the background or start whenever i get a call?? Am getting unwanted promotional calls nowadays which am looking to avoid..

    True caller issue.
I don't know about that maybe reinstall the app and check..If the problem still persists try clearing the cache through recovery..(I don't know if it works but give it a try)
    1.Power off your phone
2.Hold power + volume down button until you get a vibration
3.enter your password if any and select the language
4.Click on wipe data and cache
    5.Click on wipe cache
    6.Reboot

P.S :- This won't delete your data unless you press wipe data too..

For the promotional call issue that's your network carrier problem..So maybe contact them and tell them to stop
