    Hi,
I have recently bought the OnePlus 8 pro, while going on Diagnose the phone on OnePlus care, I see an error and the IMEI number is not getting detected. Tried calling OnePlus customer care but I am getting any response. Please check

same here. I've got the extended 6 month warranty through red cable. and when I signed in to one plus care 1) my imei still not detected 2) however I find two devices listed a) IN2021 with a serial number and b) my one plus 8 pro with both the right imei numbers 3) my extended warranty shows up on my account tab.

I also bought the 2 years all kinds of damage protection for 6100 through OnePlus.in. servify sent me a mail with a code asking me to enter it on oneplus care app. But oneplus care app couldn't care less. there is no way to capture / upload that info there. I'm worried

Hi Sorry, I missed your tag.

I have asked this internally to find out more details if this is a server side issue or specific to users.

Will update here as soon as I know anything.

The best way to highlight software issues is by giving feedback via https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/ or use the feedback option available in the community app in your device.

By merely stating x, y, Z issues in a thread, developers can not reproduce the problem and it becomes difficult to find out the solution or even conclude if it's a bug. So best option is to give feedback via proper channel and see if you get contacted by developers. They may ask logs, etc to understand the problem.

I have already done that But i dont see any acknowledgement from the team regarding the Motion Graphics Smoothing I gave a feedback on 15/06/2020. And the Slow motion Edit Option Today. I it doesn't look like OnePlus is worried about customer feedback now a days.

It takes time to analyse things and come back with a reply. Plus there are so many feedbacks flowing on a daily basis.
