I want to immediately say that I am writing through transliteration. Today I received a second phone oneplus 7t pro, the first I sent back thinking that I came across a defective copy. but it turned out not. The problem caught me in the second phone. ripples (interference) on the displays while charging! I will say that this does not always happen. You need to use the phone while it is charging. What is it? Phone defect? the second phone shows that something is wrong. I ask everyone to take into account!

I'm about to send my phone back and this is discouraging. Anyway, can you tell me your voltage while charing and its above 85%? You can do that with AccuBattery or dial *#800# then oneplus Logkit -> scroll down to Debugging tools -> Charger -> look at Battery Voltage.
    From what I've googled Li-Po batteries shouldn't go higher than 4.200, mine is 4.420 - 4.460 !

I do not understand. is oneplus going to solve this problem with a new update or is it a global phone defect?

    Hi All,

Even I do face the same issue. Screen flickers when I use phone while charging. Is it a hardware issue or can be resolved with a software update? This is really annoying to see such thing happening on a flagship phone.

People that answered you with support? I was told your device was found to be defective. And that’s all! How much can I change the phone? 3-4 or 10 times?

The lines are back on the new device. I charged it from 37% to 100%. When it reached 100% the lines were there.

I just charged the phone, there is also interference on the screen. They told me that you can’t trust support, supposedly it's a hoax, what do you think is best to do? All phones that came to replace have this defect,

I don't know what to tell you. I claimed a replacement just in case the new one is ok. It's not. The problem exists only when charging and for a short period of time. Seconds for me. I will wait for the OTA update.

If the update does not help, will it be possible to return the phone?
