    A lesser company would've just given a user-generated "we'll look into it" response. You guys on the other hand went through each and every case as thorough as you can. Keep up the good work!

    Is there an issue with my phone? I have getting a really weird clicking noise when the phone vibrate. It like the vibrate motor is too strong and will broke anytime. I have the same issue on my Sony Xperia Z1 and after a few weeks the vibrate motor broke.

    All product lines have issues, regardless of the company....Google Iphone 6+, GM/Ford recall, Toyota/Honda air bags, etc. No product manufactured is immune from defects, some pop up and get corrected at the manufacturing level and we never know about it, some don't show up until the consumer has used the item. The difference is how a company addresses, corrects, and in the future, prevents them from reoccuring.

    That sounds absurd when customers complaint without even noticing the time frame of their claims. Moreover , the efforts of OPO to come out openly to address such cases , shows the determination and affection towards their Customer Satisfaction policy to roll out efficiently. Way to go OPO.

    I can safely say that my OPO I received was a brand new one. So thats one more OPO against a "refurbished" OPO

    this is really noble of oneplus... i didn't read the purchase/user agreement (if there even was one) but a lot of computer manufacturers put in the agreement that they can substitute with used/refurbished parts even if the customer is purchasing new. so oneplus really going oneplus above and beyond

    Just ordered my OPO on Saturday and this thorough analysis and personalised response makes me so impressed by support and this company. A lot of issues we are to blame ourselves, please stop with obsessively submitting duplicate tickets swamping support. Complaining about delivery when still in stated timeline (Black Friday = before december 25, clearly stated on the website!).
