Someone please explain to me... Why am i getting the grownding issues when i connect my phone to ac charging... My phone's touchscreen stops working!

Why is oneplus2 taking in floating voltage?

Why is oneplus2 so sensitive to voltage n power supply that you can not even assure that touchscreen will work 100% properly regardless of any socket...

Why sell oneplus2 cables if they dont follow the ieee standards! Do you want customers to suffer wantedly?

Do you have even the least of quality standards when it comes to consumer grade electronics? No doubt @Carl got rejected by Samsung... Your concept of safety is a nuisance and has no implication in practical life...... Eg. You think its safe to allow heat to escape which is why you kept metallic rims for op2 but in reality that heat gets transfered to our hands when we use... So although internal temperatures seem normal but external temperatures are way higher than any other soc 810 exhibiting smartphone in the market... Similarly your concept of 10kohms resistance is nothing but a failure! Op2 is your failure prototype for Op3 that you would launch next year to gag op2 users!

i too have had this experience with 3rd party cable for my OPT.
i bought this cable which didn't work with OP charger.
    http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00Y4Y1Y7Q?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00

then i bought this cable which works fine
    http://www.ebay.in/itm/Ugreen-Gold-...794414?hash=item2104ffcf6e:g:gMwAAOSw9mFWG62z

what i understood is, if the cable is USB 3.1 to type-C it doesn't work,
if it is USB 2.0 to type-C, it works.

    Hey!
    What about OTG??
Standard USB C-Type OTG cables doesn't works with OP2! (ONEPLUS 2 OTG adapter is not available!!)
Standard USB C-Type flashdrives doesn't works with OP2!
    WHY?
USB C-Type flashdrives compatible with USB 2.0 standard, that use our OP2, but it doesn't recognise it!
    WHY?

And how long would it take you to get us back the correct adapters?? And ya.. The one plus charger doesn't have any of such logos as you've mentioned.. So is that also not up the mark??

Very nice of OP to actually offer a refund, even when the device itself is completely compatible.
    Taking the right turns imo.

What's with all the brown-nosing in this thread? The situation should never have occurred in the first place, and a refund is far too long coming.

I have spent the last 6 weeks trying to get your atrocious customer services people to understand, but you never get the same person twice, and every single one of them has very little grasp of the English language, and absolutely no technical knowledge.

I note that you have deducted the postage I paid from your refund - I will arrange with my credit card company to recall the original transaction in full.
