Incoming Calls Problem After OOS 11 Update via OnePlus 7 Pro

    7yler , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Apr 14, 2021 :
So after updating my 7 Pro to OOS 11, any incoming call that I get is immediately put on speaker phone and cannot be taken off of speaker phone. If I need the conversation to be private I am forced to hang up and call them back so I can speak off of speaker phone. I have also had trouble where sometimes the phone refuses to call out and I am forced to do a full restart, sometimes multiple, in order to be able to make a call. That started before the update though. Is this a known problem and does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

The only thing you can do is downgrade back to A10 or wait for the hotfix to come out in the next week or two.

I too am experiencing the same issue. I contacted OnePlus support via e-mail and they replied and asked the following questions:
I answered all the questions and replied to their e-mail. That was 2 days ago. Today I received an automated message from them saying that if I don't reply by tomorrow they will consider the case solved. Even though, as I said, I have replied 2 days ago.

From what I have looked it seems like Artemus is right, the only fix is to downgrade or wait for a patch... Very frustrating.

Yeah that's pretty much par for the course when dealing with customer service. I guess I'll just have to downgrade and wait. Bummer. Good luck with getting yours fixed.

I just installed update 11.0.0.2 that rolled out today (using Oxygen Updater) and the issue seems to have been fixed. I tested on one call, but haven't had a chance to test this extensively yet, so not 100% sure. Also not sure if other bugs have cropped up, but I'll test more later. You may want to give it a shot if you haven't downgraded yet.

Well, nevermind. I was able to test further today and the problem persists... And OnePlus support never replied to my e-mails. So yeah, back to square one. What a pain.

Not a problem. I downgraded the phone back to Oxygen OS 10.3.8 using the instructions here https://www.droidwin.com/rollback-oneplus-7-7t-pro-android-10-oxygenos-10/
Which brings the phone to OS 10 Beta 2. Then I installed the latest stable OS 10.3.8 from here
    https://www.oneplus.com/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574156267635

Now my incoming calls work OK again. If you are still having issues I suggest you do the same and keep this version.
