Whats the expected release date in INDIA! And what will be the price tag on this flagship killer!
Is ONEPLUS gonna keep the invite system for India too or sell like Xiaomi Mi3 on Flipkart or any other online mega-store?
And will they release 64gb or 16gb model?

Eagerly awaiting for 1+1 to be released, praying to skip the invite system or be the same because seeing the flash sale of xiaomi lot of potential buyer's are getting disguised to get an order booked. So it seems invite system is better as it keeps hunting for invite until production meets demand. What you say guys

Though there is no official version on release date in India ,I guess that it could be after the official launch of oneplus one's Indian website. Regarding marketing strategy the invite system will be preffered and prove to be more effective.

I think whatever strategy they have, they will stick with the invite system, as OnePlus is not a big company, and they would face some problem in making so many handsets together..
Anyways, this method keeps the curiosity among users, not like Moto G, people were excited about it when it was first launched, now no one cares about it..

I don't think so it will be launched soon......before launching it they have to workout for service centres...

Invite system is made to maintain their brand demand for long time in market as they can't manufacture it in huge amount

I think it will launch on end of September. But OPO should be launched b4 the launch of NEXUS 6 without invite system.

i think 64gb as there is not much difference in price and people will like to get 64gb ones...and what i think is bcoz of this invite system many of the people have come to know about the product and there is a very few chance that they will contract with any online store...but if they have a view to provide better customer service they will definitely go with amazon , flipkart or any other...:D

It's not going to be easy to launch one in india because we will be fed up with the invite system waiting for eternity to get one.
So, better launch it without the invite system as production can be increased by the time it is launched in India.

Indian market is like the Atlantic Ocean cannot be accommodated easily. If they want to really make a mark, they need to launch without the invite system. If they go for invite system, people will lose interest at one point of time. This is not Royal Enfield where people are ready to wait for 12-14 months for the bikes to be delivered. Its electronics industry and market scenario changes within 2-3 months of time.

Totally agree with your point. But on the other hands the invite system is fun ... and that's what makes us special from others ... right ?

Agreed, Invite system is fun but when it starts queuing up with millions of people in queue to get their hands on one then there would be some mal-practices being followed and most of them would drop out soon because they cannot wait. Whoever gets their hands on device would try to sell it for a higher price on eBay. Same thing happened with Pebble smartwatch. In our country these are the shortcomings. I hope they launch it through proper channel with sufficient devices in stock for sale.
