    Yeah, chat appears to be down. I returned my faulty OP3 and was received at Aravato on August 1st. I've had absolutely no communications to advise how long I will have to wait for a replacement, and there's no function within my oneplus.net account to see this.

    I'm concerned that this Euro halt will impact my return and replacement.

    It looks as though a PayPal claim is the way forward.

    I ordered it two days ago and it was still in shipping immediatly. So i will be waiting it to ship today or tomorrow or i will cancel my order...

    Love my OP3 but if the invites are coming back i will not buy a OP device after this one, i absolutely detest that system. Just my 2 cents though, to each his own :)

    All orders placed before august 9th will be shipped as scheduled, after that sales in some regions will be paused for a month as written in the OP.

    We will have to wait until end of august, they are completely out of stock for the graphite phone and production is currently focusing (almost) solely on the soft gold. They can't produce huge amounts in short times like Samsung or Apple. This is my theory, which I hope gets proven wrong.

    Order info is not always (almost never) accurate, its always a few steps behind. Just chat with costumer service and they will give you the correct real time status.

    it's a shame. I ordered my OP3 two days ago and the shop showed me immediate shipping, after my order, the estimatet shipping date is shown as 29th of August... so I gotta wait like a month now? sucks

    I talked to one member of the support team and he said that the site is glitchy and they will proceed as the previous plans for those who order before Aug. 9.
