Hey Mojoyoyo77, usually electricity is paid by the amount of power consumed, which is depending on how big of a battery you are charging. So the time used does not matter.

Maybe I didn't explain myself well, let's put ourselves in a hypothetical case:
With a 4000 mAh battery, a battery compatible with all systems, we use different charging systems Dash, Warp, ..., the higher the power, we use less time, but losses always occur during charging, for example due to heat generated, the electricity consumption is the same? Is it greater? Or the new systems are also improving energy efficiency and is it less?

It's not InNOVatIvE. Other manufacturers have done this WAY before you did, you're just catching up.
Why don't you guys work on fixing Nord's tint, reset issues,5T's delayed updates,8 Pro's battery drain.....instead of marketing?
Your customers would be MUCH happier.

I understand your point. Lets put some numbers to it, to make it more clear.

    These numbers are fictional.
    Warp Charge 30
Battery gets charged in 2 hours. Average power usage in that time is 30 Watt. This is a power usage of 30 Wh or 0,03 kWh. After 2 hours you have used 60 Wh or 0,06 kWh.

    Warp Charge 65
Battery gets charged in 1 hour. Average power usage in that time is 65 Watt. Power usage is 65 Wh or 0,065 kWh.

So in this fictional example the power usage is slightly higher with the new warp charge.
I think what @mojoyoyo77 wants to see is the REAL numbers. Is the total power usage almost the same ? Then its fine in my opinion. If its much higher then the question is if you would really want it. If its much lower then thats awesome :)

I always find OnePlus charging as much better for the time period when it's launched currently I am using 30T but now see it launched a new with 8T seriously OnePlus have one of the greatest advantage in charging and unlike it's competitors it provide in box charging accesories.

Good job to all those who worked endlessly and hard on making the improvements.

Very interesting how the progress was made over time and now, it was moved from changes to the cable and brick to include having two batteries.
