Instagram won't load any images or stories, however facebook and twitter works fine.
This is only a problem while using 4G data, not on WiFi.
Am I the only one with this problem?

I was having same issue on and off wi fi. I did what Cupcake did with my 6t deleted insta and redownloaded after a reboot. Now it loads just like normal.

Experience the same issue. I closed Instagram and restarted my OnePlus 7T, that fixed the issue.

I know, but maybe this could help other users who experience the same issues.

I called up OnePlus customer care and they asked me to follow the following steps (which worked for me):

Quit your instagram app in case it is open
Go to Settings>data usage control>instagram and then turn the permission to "forbidden"
Then go to app info>permissions>instagram>permissions and allow all permissions (like camera, storage, microphone, etc)
Now go back to Settings>data usage control>instagram and then turn the permission to allow

Try logging in after these steps, it should work. Also, in case you want to, you can change your permission setting again once your are logged in.

    Hope this helps.
