instagram video's lag when you are scrolling Nov 18, 2020

i have noticed that while scrolling down my instagram feed, the videos seem to freeze while the sound continues to go on at a normal pace of the video, and i have to scroll up or down away from the video and back to it again for the screen to actually move and the video to play properly. This is very annoying and it keeps happening very often on my 7t device
