    Hi everyone.
Got my OPO 1 week ago... still learning about Android stuff (had an iPhone before).
I don't want to root my phone, but i want to make app backups with Helium (bought the premium).
Tried installing Helium but with no result... stuck on adb drivers.
After a loooong research i found cgaurav20's reply... i used adbdriver and now Helium does recognize my OPO on my PC.
But on my OPO it keeps waiting for Helium Desktop ???
    What can i do?

Dude u should have tried the helium trial app before purchasing it, Above said drivers works fine for all adb commands, there is some problem in helium app it's hectic working with this app, if u have researched a lot then I suggest u to got ahead for root there is nothing harm in it and then u can install titanium Backup app which is the best advance backup app, will solve all your issues.

@Carl OnePlus really should make a program like Nokia Suite & Samsung Kies. I am not feeling good to use somebody else's drivers for the oneplus one. I would love if this was created. And it should be named: OnePlus PC Suite, and it should include a good GUI, basic features like updating, backing up data, etc and an ADB & Fastboot GUI toolset. Thanks.

Does this Helium take backup of camera pictures, and other files and folders? I still cannot connect my phone using cable on windows 8.1 laptop. I installed Samsung drivers and in device manager it shows SSamsung ADB devices. When connect it shows in connected hardware as unspecified A0001 device but does not show directly in windows devices as folder structure.

It is a bit surprised that we can get the ADB drivers from Samsung, suppose One Plus will also release similar driver for its own customers!? Thanks :)

I know it's silly, but just a reminder:
Make sure not only that Developer Options are On, but that also Android Debugging is On!

Wasted few hours on this stupid mistake, hope it helped :)

(After doing this i could proceed with the solutions that mentioned on this thread.)
