I have a Oneplus 8T (KB2003) and I contacted the Oneplus support about a problem with the screen mirroring and I was told to locally upgrade my phone to the latest OxygenOS version (it is still not available while I search for update on my phone but he sent me a link from the Oneplus website with the latest update for my phone). I've tried to update my phone, twice actually (I factory reseted my phone after the 1st failed attempt) but it always stops at 93%, even if I let it for hours it never finish. What can I do? It's still trying and I don't know if it's safe to turn off my phone again while it's trying to update.

Hmmm I thought there would be one. Shut down the phone and then turn it on. if it gets bricked that's a problem in the phone and not something you did it was OnePlus is fault so that should get you a new phone through the warranty. I think

I shat it down and turned it on again and it seems normal... I don't want to start the update again after this. I told the oneplus support guy to wait but he left the chat and let me alone with that. Any ways to know if the phone is damaged ?

There isn't a specific way to know it all comes down to if the phone is running normally. If you seem to have lots of problems that aren't really bugs but are phones that are more hardware issues than you probably have a problem.
