    I got the OTA update of
    CM12S YNG1TAS17L ... I was on CM12s YNG1TAS0YL..After the downloading of OTA is completed it says SYSTEM UPDATE IS READY and when i click update it says installing and reboots into TWRP..guys please help on how to install :/

    Try downloading the update as zip and flash it from TWRP.

    You have answered your question yourselves. The OTA script is nor for TWRP, it's for Cyanogen recovery i.e. stock recovery. Just download the zip file and fash from TWRP as a normal zip. WIping system is highly recommended(no data wipe) but it's upto you.
