Installing Flash Player on OnePlus One

    swijenay , Aug 18, 2014 :
The following video illustrates how to install the Flash Player on OnePlus One. I came across this video a couple of days ago and thought of publishing it here since some of you may be looking for the same information.

Note that the technique discussed in this video is not specific to the OPO, but generic to any Android 4.x device. However, this video uses the OPO as the device to demonstrate this technique, so thought it may be a good material to share in these forums.

Let us know what do you think and share any other information you may have on this topic. Don’t forget to like this post if you find it useful.

I wonder if the last archived Flash Player (Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81)) on Adobe would be compatible with Android L. Something to consider :)

I absolutely do NOT recommend installing and using a flash player on android. The Problem is it has bugs and security problems and since the flash player is not officially supported, it will never receive updates to fix these.
Just let go of flash and use more modern technologies.

I completely agree with your concern. However, if one's favorite TV channels are only streamed via flash or favorite websites heavily use flash contents, what can he/she do? A majority of videos on the Internet are still flash based.

My recommendation is enable the Flash Player in Dolphin browser and only use it (Dolphin browser) to access contents from legitimate web sites.
