    Bug in Google Duo.

Whenever I click on Duo option in my
    Phone Dialer
    It Freezes everything .

(And Some time places the call Automatically.
and It will appear in Notification Menu only.)

Only Recent Screen Gesture Works and to Access Dialer app I have to close the App completely.

Oh, how could this happen with all the research and quality development? This is the price to pay for this highly convenient bloatware being baked.

And it is good indication into which data streams Duo is being hooked into.

Not in the market the dubious research been conducted, that is for sure, just read the feeback in this thread.
And any user outside that market is just colletaral. Shows the mindset of 1+ or better way to pay to put - their largest revenue is in that market whilst in other markets it is dwindling and hence a logical move to cut development cost for developing market specific ROMs.

It does, because Duo is so awesome that it has been baked into every other phone from every other vendor, even Apple on their devices. So there is no escaping anybody.

The next move is to bake FB, WA and Instagram into the phone as well, just to avoid any legal claims for unfair competition.

It is a bit like history repeating - Microsoft had the very same thing with baking IE into the OS, which caused countless bugs and security issues (plus legal action) and in the end they acknowledged of having learned their lesson.

But 1+ has to try it nonetheless...

Google duo integration means that we don't have duo app to be installed or can we use Google duo without app installation.

Very happy to hear that an official Pie update is planned for the OP3T!

I've been running Nitrogen OS 9 for a while now on my OP3T, but an OOS update will probably get me better battery life.

Because the Google software is superior then the close sourced 1+ camera. OnePlus should just implement Camera2API fully and there wouldn't be any complaints.
