Since the OP devices are not compatible with Verizon, you may actually not be settling

It's insult to compare OnePlus 5 with iPhone 7. It's outcome of sheer dedication of OP team. We should respect it. This kind of innovations are possible only in China and India, cost-effective and durable.

Having just watched the keynote, I am impressed... and as a frequent traveller between the US and Europe I am really looking forward to a phone finally working on both continents on LTE speed. Thanks for that! Looking forward to receive it on Friday :)

Disappointed, really... Conservative, focused on just a few things, several of which are not important, such as the useless 8GB of RAM... The camera will improve, I am sure, but can't even beat the competition, not even the iPhone from last year... That's alright if you are not focusing most of your marketing on the camera, but...

Battery life seems identical to the 3T, if not worse, and things like OIS missing, no waterproofing and the same screen as the 3T make this phone a tough sell for 2017. I don't see it as great value anymore, it's pretty much priced fairly. A modest flagship with a modest flagship price.

Congratulations on the release of the OnePlus 5! You guys have come a long way since Day 1. I've finally decided to upgrade from my OnePlus One to the 5, after just over 2 years of great use. My One is still like brand new, which is why I want to keep it that way as a souvenir! :)
