You're right, my bad. I was more assuming from previous international releases. I care a lot about having all the bands so I probably wouldn't buy the international model without 71.

Macro mode, and it's hardware based. For me being into photography is way better and gives you a true result. OS 10 out of the box faster charging etc same price as the 7 pro. 5-6 upgrades at the same price as it's predecessor. Where as Samsung and apple are notorious for upping the price with minimal upgrades. The fact that you can get more and it's still in the same price range is a win. They build phones the smart way. Slowly make hardware improvements that go with the software. You can put all the cool hardware and software options in a device and well it will be so buggy. I like the approach. The 8 and 8 Pro will more likely have wireless camera and pro more camera improvements to add too.

    Same here... :/

@Pete, please bring the 7T Pro to the US.. I was planning on buying my first OnePlus phone ever (which is the 7T pro), but if it's not going to support the US bands then that's going to be a really hard pill to swallow! :(

I wonder if the 7T Pro has all the bands that are required in the US but just simply not shown since it's not meant to be sold in the US? (lol trying to be positive here)..

I bought the 6t the day it was available only to see them launch the mclaren edition a few weeks later. I was a little disappointed then.

Fast forward a year later you release the 7t pro mclaren edition along with the regular but decide to leave Canada out of it.

I was looking forward to this release and the Mclaren edition. :(

Totally disappointed with OnePlus now. I was expecting the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren edition to have 512GB of Storage. Even the regular OnePlus 7 Pro had 12GB RAM and 256GB Storage. I was looking forward to upgrade my OnePlus 5 this year. I think I will go with ASUS now. At least they bothered to provide a variant with 512 GB Storage..

I'm with you. I want the macro mode more than anything. I love take macro shots with DSLR, even more convenient if I could do that with my phone. I think they would make a unlocked version that has all the U.S bands.

Also the 3x zoom on the camera, but I agree. I think I'll end up getting the regular 7T.

It has all the bands except 71 which mean I would be able to use TMobile 600 MHz frequency. I'll have access to the rest though
