First, try factory reset. If that doesn`t help, it's device (hardware) issue, go and replace it.

It's an amazing phone no doubt. I am using it. And there is a feature missing which I liked the most in my oneplus 7, that is navigation gesture (Bottom) option. Its my humble request to oneplus team to please consider this in upcoming update..the gesture option which is already available is not very useful because while scrolling or using any editing app the page get back or exit accidentally. I hope so one plus team will surely look in to it.

I am satisfied with the performance , but facing issuse with battery, is drains too fast. It is like just 4 hrs of usage drains 100% battery. I even visited service centre but didn't get any solution for it.
