I installed fastboot rom on the device but I made a mistake. My phone sees my sim card, goes to the internet, sms comes and goes, but does not make calls. Mobile network gives unavailable error. What's the solution?
    Thanks
(I am sorry, my English is not good)

    Hi
The best solution for you is to go to XDA forum about Fastboot Rom and post your request regarding your problem.

    Hi,
Do you know that the number of requests like yours, OnePlus receives dozens of them per day
As we say "Rome was not built in a day"....
so give OnePlus time to resolve all the issues already and then respond to the requests.
    Just be patient ;)

When they are busy in developing new mobiles & Launch events, then they will never get time to resolve existing bugs & issues. Providing new features & improvements are out of thought. Six months is not s short period, if they really listen to customer & wanna do, it can happen.

Camera is not upto the mark, Texts in low light while Dark mode is on, becomes hazy & icons spreads in moving direction. Various other issues which are already working good in low budget phones. So stop defending OnePlus team, whether you are only a community member or Developer.

    Hi,
Have you tried other smartphones before like Samsung?
If you had bugs, did you report them on a forum and have they been resolved ?
    I don't think so ?
Also after a while the Samsung updates are no longer available and you have to go through custom roms ...if you want to roll for an update
I'm not defending OnePlus, I'm just writing that solving everyone's problems is a real headache and you need to be patient.

    Hi,
I am partially agreed with you. I have used Samsung & Vivo phones. Both manufacturers neither provide frequent Android updates nor I had report any bug in any forum to them. But the best part of other manufacturers is that their devices don't have any Bug, whatever they are providing, they works without any issue.

OnePlus no doubt is better from them, providing better combination of Hardware & Software at comparatively low prices, but Oxygen OS is having basic functionality issues.

We are not expecting OnePlus to hear each & every request or suggestion of every user, but expect to hear the know Bugs & issues which are common among all users.

Bugs & Issues in existing OS is different & demanding New Features is different. What I want them is to resolve any or all Issues in their existing OS. These basic issues are not expected from OnePlus even at the time of launch due to R&D and testing but now Six months have passed & these issues still there.

    Thanks.
