    Over the past year, we have taken some major steps in our journey to share the best technology. The release of our latest flagship device - the OnePlus 8T 5G, the IoT devices including the OnePlus TVs, and most importantly our commitment to remaining focused on our community has created multiple touchpoints for a seamless user experience. To build further on this aspect, we are now set to launch an all-inclusive application that caters to all your purchase, service, information, and benefit needs.

    We have set out on an endeavor to cater to the needs of the community through events and forums, feedback collection mechanisms, exclusive community-only experiences, and dedicated benefits. The Red Cable Club launched last year, which now has more than 6 million users privy to unique benefits, along with a tiered membership has ensured our community members have access to offers better than everyone else! Even our e-commerce platform oneplus.in has given our tech-savvy audience a seamless online buying experience. OnePlus Fridays was launched to further enhance this bond - one day of the week when everything you wished was available was to be made so on our platform.     Thanks for the details, but I faced many issues while ordering the Oneplus 8T Pop-up Box. I almost waste my 6+ Hours to order the Pop-up Box and everytime it shows the Store is crowded and i waited till 1:30 Am for the same and keep on trying. Lastly when i see in the morning both the models are Out of Stock. [e]1f62d[/e][e]1f62d[/e] Also, what's meaning of being a Red Cable Elite Member.[e]1f62d[/e]
    Huge Disappointed [e]1f614[/e]🙈, because the heart of the fan breaks too early.

    Glad, I hope with a dedicated app like OnePlus Store, we might be able to get rid of Red Cable Club option from settings Menu and also from the community app.

    But please do answer few questions:
    a. Issues raised with screenshots to the email you mentioned are really received by the concerned team?
    b. If yes, can we get to know the status of the issues?
    c. Where are the rewards you mentioned for finding out issues in thale Application?

    I guess some issues have been taken care of like the scroll issue which was really bad in the beta version, but it is optimized now.

    I saw those winners.. I forgot that.. But still some very bad issues are not even answered.

    If this is how an order summary is displayed, customers will go bonkers..
    And there is absolutely no information on whether they are working on it, rejected it, if it's not even a bug according to them. Absolutely no communication at all.
    I have raised 28 bugs to date on this store app to date and no info on anything..
