    I can confirm that after sales service is currently being provided by Amazon. Oneplus do have plans of their own service in future. I had my first TV replaced and the second one is also faulty. I do not have any other option from Amazon other than refund. I did contact OnePlus, who in turn asked me to contact Amazon since OnePlus does not provide service.

    As per logic, the company should provide after sales service. So service for brands like Samsung, LG would be provided by the company itself. Oneplus, it seems, has tied up with Amazon to carry out after sales service.

    I am having second thoughts now of getting this TV. When One+ handed the responsibility of installing their tv to Amazon, they further tied up with local partners to carry out installation. It seems this would also be the case when something goes wrong with your TV. Amazon, or local technicians, would be carrying out repairs for your TV.

    One+ needs to come up with some clarification as to who will be giving after sales. I ain't gonna spend 70,000 to 1,00,000 on a TV only to be repaired by a local technician if in case I get a problem!!

    1. OnePlus Community Forum is not a customer support but a place made of users like you and me who try to help each other based on their understanding they gather by reading.

    2. Moderators are not employees of OnePlus. Further tagging moderators is against forum rules. If you have any issues please feel free to use report button.

    3. Community forum is not a social media platform, it has its own terms and rules which you agree to abide when you create an account.

    4. Constant violation of terms and rules may lead to temporary ban and if the the violation continues, a permanent ban.

    5. Because community forum is not a support section, "I am a customer" is not going to give an edge here.

    Now, coming to your question on who will provide after sales service, please find below the screenshot from Amazon which says, brand authorised service will be provided by Amazon.

    I went to One+Experience in Mumbai where I was told that Q model has received an update around 120MB to deal with over saturation and other issues. Do you have any knowledge whatsoever if Q model has got any update of this sought? Q pro model has already got an update as mentioned by you.

    Dear sir,
    It is confirmed that OnePlus has pushed firmware update to the newly launched OnePlus TV Q1 Pro in India. The first ever update to the OnePlus' Smart TV weighs 813MB in size. It carries the software version TV55Q1N_2.A.01_GLO_014_1909210202 and fixes quite a few issues along with a new light effect in Bluetooth stereo.
    However, I have OnePlus Q1 version and my firmware still shows older version which came from tv originally.

    Pls confirm when the update will be available for Q1?

    The update is rolled out... True... but it will reach users at different times. Should reach you in a day or two. Just wait for a while.

    I found a BUG while playing ps4 on one plus tv

    I switched on PS4 and I left it on

    after some time screensaver for the tv is turned on( random photos taken from one plus device)

    After some time I pressed down button on one plus remote

    now in the background I can access the ps4, HDMI1, No signal is displayed on the foreground even if the ps4 is turned on

    please fix it in the next update

    I am also facing similar kind of issue with Airtel Xtreme box. If I do restart using setting option of Airtel Xtreme box then display is not coming even after box is booted. To set it correct, I need to power off the Airtel box by un-plugging the power cable and put back after few seconds. This issue was not there before the software upgrade which happened recently for Oneplus TV.

    Hi,

    the problem still exists.

    please follow the below steps to replicate it:

    1. select HDMI 1 (to which PS4 is connected)
    2. let the tv go into screensaver mode
    3. turn in the ps4 while the tv is in screensaver mode
    4. turn off the screensaver by pressing any directional button on remote
    5 . no signal will be displayed even if the ps4 is turned on in the background

    system version: tv55q1in_2.a.01_glo_1911211115

    problem also occurs with settop box
