Upgraded to Android 12 and Intune company portal stopped working. Says device not compliant.
Reached out to Microsoft and they extracted logs.. they found the app is very much compatible with Android 12. They have asked to reach out OnePlus on this issue.

Let me know incase of any do's and don'ts. IMG_20220104_193746.jpg IMG_20220104_194306.jpg

Intune seems to be having a more general issue with Android 12, not just OnePlus - https://piunikaweb.com/2022/01/21/m...tibility-issue-affects-other-devices-as-well/

I was finally able to get mine working!!!
I went into settings - security - installation sources - and allowed company portal access.
I also went into settings - security - device admin apps - and granted admin access to work apps (find my phone, company portal, Authenticator).
I then got a notice that user certificates were getting installed.
I went into settings - security - credential storage - trusted certificates - user - and I was prompted to put in my PIN to allow the certs. :)

I too have the same issue. In the microsoft recommendation, it is asking to open a device policy manager, which is not available in OnePlus.

Any response from OnePlus on this? There's a few threads. I haven't been contacted that's for sure. Repeat customer or no? Certainly a huge consideration if someone can use their phone for work if they so choose. But OnePlus made the choice for the consumer with this update.

Any response: did you contact OnePlus support or submit a bug report via https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback ?

I did submit a bug report and no response. Seems like no one has heard anything. I've only had the issue since upgrading a couple of days ago but others has been a few months.

Hi I am also facing exactly the same problem. It appears that the upgrade version does not take care of the problem.

Please take up the issue on priority in the interest of Communities.

You will appreciate that without access to outlook on mobile is a big handicap.

    Regards

I've been affected by this issue for a solid month now. Tried working with our IT helpdesk today to get it resolved. They were unable to help. We opened a ticket with Microsoft. However, this issue doesn't show up on, for example, Android 12 on a Samsung phone. This is clearly a problem that was caused by the update. There isn't much useful information to go on, the setup just fails, claiming "You need to update settings on this device" and it just never gets past this. If there is some sort of logging I can provide to help, please let me know. I'm about done with OnePlus devices, though. From the phone self-immolating all of my data while in my pocket, to updates that break things I rely on for work, the platform is becoming intolerably unstable.
