Caomhin , via OnePlus 6T , Feb 24, 2021 : Reset the Bluetooth and Mobile adapter s in the phone. Settings, System, Reset Options, Reset WiFi Mobile Bluetooth. Also reset the Wireless Z earphones. To reset your OnePlus Wireless Z earphones, Press the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" button together for 10-12 seconds. You should hear 2 beeps which means they are reset. Then pair them back up, see. If that helps
